MCP server

Let Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants manage your links.

The MCP server lets an AI assistant create, find and update your links, manage tags, folders and domains, and read click analytics, so you can ask for things like "shorten this link and tag it launch".

https://api.tinbo.co/mcp

It speaks Streamable HTTP. Assistants connect in one of two ways:

  • Sign in with tinbo. Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code open tinbo, you sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow. The assistant then acts in that workspace as you.
  • An API key. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and anything else that can send a header use an API key as Authorization: Bearer tinbo_….

Every tool call counts toward the workspace's rate limit, like any API request.

Connect your assistant

  1. In Claude, on claude.ai or in the desktop app, open Customize → Connectors and click Add custom connector.
  2. Name it tinbo, enter the server URL https://api.tinbo.co/mcp and click Add.
  3. Click Connect. tinbo opens: sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow.
  4. In a chat, turn tinbo on under + → Connectors.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector for the organization first; then everyone connects their own tinbo account.
