The short version
- Not happy after your first payment? Ask within 14 days and you get it back.
- A renewal you did not mean to pay for: ask within 7 days.
- Charged twice or charged the wrong amount: always refunded.
- Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the current month.
A summary to read first. The sections below are what counts.
1Cancelling
You can cancel a plan at any time from the workspace's Billing page. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing more is charged. Your links keep redirecting. A month that has started is not refunded in part, except as described below.
2Your first payment
If a paid plan turns out not to be what you needed, write to us within 14 days of the first payment for that workspace and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, though we would like to hear it.
3Renewals
If a plan renewed and you had meant to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the charge. We refund that payment and cancel the plan.
4Billing mistakes
A payment taken twice, or for the wrong amount, is refunded whenever you tell us about it.
5When there is no refund
- A workspace closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Repeated refund requests for the same workspace, where the plan is bought and refunded again and again.
- Time left in a month after you cancel, outside the cases above.
6How to ask
Write to support@tinbo.co from the email address on your account, or use the contact page, and name the workspace.
Refunds are made by Creem, our payment provider, to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank it takes up to 10 business days to show up.
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
7Your rights as a consumer
This policy adds to the rights the law gives you and takes none of them away. If the law where you live gives you a longer period to withdraw from a purchase, that period applies.
