A person following one of your links, or an AI agent — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and the like — fetching the page for someone. Both are readers, and analytics shows them side by side. Crawlers, link-preview fetchers and monitoring pings are recognised and counted separately — they never use up your allowance.
We tell you before you get there — in the app and by email, at about 85% of your links or tracked clicks. At the limit your links keep redirecting, always; new clicks just stop being added to analytics, and new links, domains and members wait for the next billing cycle or a bigger plan.

As many as you like — each workspace has its own plan, links and team, and is billed on its own. One workspace per person can stay on Free; any further workspace starts on Basic or Pro. To keep things apart inside one workspace, use folders.
Not for now — plans are billed monthly, so what you pay follows what you use. Cancel any time.
Yes — 1 on Free, 3 on Basic, 10 on Pro, and more on a custom plan. Add one CNAME record and tinbo verifies the domain and handles its certificate. Links on your inbo.to subdomain keep working alongside it.
Yes — choose Basic or Pro and you get that plan free for 7 days, no card needed. Picked here, the trial starts when you confirm your email; you can also start one later from the Billing page. One trial per person, with up to 25 new links during it. When it ends without a plan, the workspace moves to Free: your links keep redirecting, password protection and expiry keep working, and the geo, device and A/B rules set up during the trial switch off until you choose a plan.
No. Existing links keep redirecting on every plan, including Free, and the rules you set up keep working. Rules that belong to a higher plan can be removed but not changed until you upgrade again. The one exception is a trial that ends without a plan: its geo, device and A/B rules switch off.
tinbo.co is where the product lives. inbo.to is kept short on purpose, because it is the part that ends up in your links: acme.inbo.to/launch.
